I am talking about, the staff are always helpful and quick, I like the fact that the systems are in Australia, and not in the back room of some Chinese or Bangladesh restaurant storeroom, they are very professional, their fees are not the cheapest but the ongoing backups and their quality of service wins me every time. I will stay with them as long as they are around. Well done guys, keep up the great work.

собеседника жду обычно 5-10 минут, ответ на письмо в поддержку получал в пределах 12 часов. Единственным недостатком можно считать скудные возможности веб-интерфейса почтовика, тот же Rouncube у других хостеров снабжен дополнительными плагинами и расширениями, сделавшими его значительно удобнее. Да и сам этот веб-клиент не лучший. Но за такие деньги грех жаловаться. Used for corporate mail, website on other hosting. Support is not fast, but i cant say that they are slow. Chat - 5-10 minutes, ticket to support-system - up to 12 hours. Only minus for me - primitive abilities of web-mail. But for this price - good enough!

In a desperate measure to create more revenue they have decided to offshore their call centre support to overseas countries. Everything is scripted a...

nd everybody is winging it. If your located in Australia you would have memories about how frustrating it is dealing with Telstra support. If Telstra were forced to bring back all their call centres to Australia - imagine how frustrating it is speaking to people overseas about COMPLEX email / server /website issues. Please just google digital pacific reviews to realise how bad it is.

Worst hosting company I've ever worked with. Took up to a month to reply to urgent queries. I asked for a copy of all of my data way before my end dat...

e as their platform wasn't working - which also frequently happens. All of my backups were also hosted through them and guess what... they deleted all my data and told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid at all costs. The customer service and experience sucks.
