собеседника жду обычно 5-10 минут, ответ на письмо в поддержку получал в пределах 12 часов. Единственным недостатком можно считать скудные возможности веб-интерфейса почтовика, тот же Rouncube у других хостеров снабжен дополнительными плагинами и расширениями, сделавшими его значительно удобнее. Да и сам этот веб-клиент не лучший. Но за такие деньги грех жаловаться. Used for corporate mail, website on other hosting. Support is not fast, but i cant say that they are slow. Chat - 5-10 minutes, ticket to support-system - up to 12 hours. Only minus for me - primitive abilities of web-mail. But for this price - good enough!

The worst company I have had to deal with, supervisor is sleeping at the helm or has misplaced their head.

I signed on Sept 8th and felt it wasn’t going to be for me and called and cancel early Sept. 11th and ask for a refund. Since I have called 4 times as...

king for a refund and they all are great on the phone and turn it in to their supervisor, it never happens They are lairs . I called 9/18 then 9/27 then Oct 3rd. I check my card every day they will not refund my money. Today is Oct 6th that is thats 20 business days and 26 days al together. So beware of this scammer company. Bad company watch yourself and you credit card. It’s a scam.

e as their platform wasn't working - which also frequently happens. All of my backups were also hosted through them and guess what... they deleted all my data and told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid at all costs. The customer service and experience sucks.
