Real scumbags. Dishonest and fraudulent.
Real scumbags. I ordered a server, it took 27 hours to set up (they say 120 secs), Requested a cancellation and refund, they told me they couldn't ref...
und as it was outside 24 hours. Paypal stepped in and processed it, and OVH helped themselves to more of my money the same day - outside of billing agreement terms. Not sure why I can't rate them zero. DO NOT SIGN UP. You will regret it.

Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...
policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
