We contacted the concerned authority and explained our situation, including the significant loss and disruption caused by the outage. However, we have not received any response for the last two days. We specifically asked: - How long will it take to restore the server? - Will our existing hosting plan continue to support 3 websites as before? - Will there be any change to our current plan after the server recovery? - Since cloud3.googiehost.com appears to be online, can customers migrate their websites there temporarily or use that server while the current server is down? We understand that unexpected server failures can happen, but customers need timely communication, transparency, and a clear recovery plan, especially when their websites and businesses are affected. At this point, we are not simply looking for compensation—we need a clear explanation, an estimated recovery time, and information about what options are available to affected customers. I hope GoogieHost support will address this situation and communicate with affected customers as soon as possible.
