e with my server which was caused by a misconfiguration on my end. After searching for a while, I was unable to rule out the root cause of my issue and I contacted the VPS2day support in a last attempt to save my server. And let me tell you, those guys were absolutely delightful to work with. After 5 minutes I got the initial response to my question and after a few messages back and forth they were able to resolve the issue with me. I’m really impressed with the quality of the support, that wasn’t just repeating some default answers but rather top class engineering support with broad knowledge of Ubuntu which is the OS I‘m using with my server. Of course, they might not have the cheapest pricing of all time and there are some smaller UX issues with their user interface as of now but the quality of the service/support and the server itself speak for themselves.
