Not the best but not the worst.
Been hosting my backups on their servers for 2 years now , no major problems so far. Plain honest services , their support is okay and so is pricing b...
ut they lack AMD servers. Would recommend their support team bcz there are no robots with automated replies and general overall stability. Really wish they start hosting on AMD platforms sooner, epyc or even ryzen.

Worst sales team ever
Can not wait to leave them, huge scam selling 16 GB Ram for 5 Euro and 32 for 15 Euro !! and there sales agent replied with a rude answer too!

Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...
policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
