really like it

Moved a few WordPress sites from customers over to 20i. Migration process was fast and easy, and really impressed by the control panel and free whmcs ...

alternative they have. Saves me money and has less limitations.

Worst support in 20 years

I invested in 20i about 4 years ago and moved all my websites there - a mix of php / wordpress and .net / windows They should not be advertising .n...

et / windows hosting. I have a total of 17 support tickets regarding their windows hosting, The last ticket has been open for nearly a year. They have continually and constantly provided the worst windows hosting in my 20 years of developing. The .net website randomly goes down for hours on end with 503 errors. There is nothing I can do but rely on support ( it is and has been down as I write this for 7hours. ) There are no logs provided, restarting the app pool used to work, but not anymore. Each tech support engineer goes down a different path. The last engineer suggested a redirect issue in the .htaccess file.... its a .net website. it doesn't use the .htaccess file. suddenly, it will return online and the engineer will claim "a temporary issue with the database server" - or similar. The website ran perfectly on the previous host. Their wordpress / php hosting has been fine. but should it have any problems I don't hold any hope for their support staff to be able to sort it. I have lost clients because of hosting with 20i... so if you're looking for reliability, be warned.

Paid for two servers, still waiting on one and clear answers

We paid InterServer $709 for two dedicated servers on September 24, 2026. One was delivered on October 2. As of October 2, the other still shows "Setu...

p In-progress," with no firm delivery date. We followed up repeatedly and requested a supervisor, a firm handoff date, and a billing credit on September 29. That escalation on the remaining server's ticket is still unanswered. Support had answered a configuration question earlier, but did not explain the delay or provide an ETA. We specifically passed on overseas hardware options because we wanted to work with an American tech company and expected U.S.-based technical support. When we called for service, we reached a call center in India. That was disappointing, especially while we were already struggling to get answers about our order. This has disrupted our migration planning and made it difficult to trust the onboarding process. Delays can happen, but getting a clear answer should not require repeated chasing. We want a confirmed delivery date and a response to our billing-credit request.
