AWS n-medium server not capable to handle load !
With reference to the tickets #9965 and #10128,

we faced upto 6 hrs downtime, PHP workers were getting overloaded though using auto-scaling n-medium server....
issue not resolved yet...... loss of revenue and reputation
claimed refund under 60 days money back guarantee ..... but no reply since last one month....
