I’ll start by saying that on June 2, 2026, I contacted Fornex’s technical support to ask which server would be suitable and functional for my needs. They responded fairly quickly and recommended that I purchase server 34-322513 RZN: MEDIUM (Modest Kepler) with a Ryzen processor. After I paid for the service, it turned out that no such server was available and it wouldn’t be ready for another 5 weeks. Instead, they offered me two alternatives that were significantly worse than the one I had purchased. I said that none of the options worked for me and asked for a refund for the unspecified services, but to this day, no one has sent me the $260, They’ve been stringing me along, and all I get are responses telling me to “wait.” Be careful when dealing with this service—you could end up in the same situation. No one has refunded my money, and they didn’t provide the service.
