I encountered a routing issue where my VPS IP became unreachable from one regional ISP, although the server itself remained online and accessible from other networks.
Fornex support checked SSH connectivity from their side, requested an MTR report, and responded promptly. After reviewing the results, they explained that the connection appeared to be blocked upstream, before reaching the server. Since assigning an IP from another subnet within the same location was not possible, they offered a refund for the affected server and suggested activating a new VPS in another location.
The control panel is convenient, server deployment is straightforward, and the support team communicates clearly without unnecessary scripted responses.
One improvement I would appreciate is the ability to replace an inaccessible IP or select another subnet without having to change the server location. Overall, however, the support response was professional and the proposed solution was fair.

Работает стабильно. За 4 месяца всего 2-3 раза были проблемы с впс (сеть). Есть файрвол на уровне гипервизора, что тоже большой плюс. На тикеты отвечают быстро (мне ответили за 4 минуты и возместили средства за другую услугу хостинга, проблем с этим не было).
