Flaunt7 is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 16 years in the industry.
Maybe a year ago they were good, now it's just a fraudulent scheme to extort money from users on a dying infrastructure. The slightest proble... Развернуть m and you lose everything. They don't have any tech team, only L3 support, who just pass tickets to "departments" and ask for patience, eventually closing unresolved tickets.
I paid all their bills, but for 23 days (to date) I still have not received the paid service. The server "created" by them was not available even for a minute, and the ticket is diligently ignored and closed by their support team (see screenshot). At the same time, an invoice for payment for the next period has arrived.
And this is just one such example, I already have three such cases today.
By the way, they have closed the ability to leave reviews on all their official pages - guess why? ) Свернуть
