i Have done live chat multiple times in the past few days on wisesolution and have been so pleases with the service of windows reseller hosting. Excellent website management, outstanding support, expert guidance, but what i love about wisesolution is that someone always ready to help me.
I signed an agreement in May 2019 on 1C integration to the Bitrix ready site + training + parsing with integration into 1C. The deadline is 11 days. Now is August 2019. The site has not yet been made. They’ve sparsed, but they don’t know how to integrate into 1C (why were they taken ??), the search does not work. They all push that 1C needs to be redone (already 2 times !! they formulate new terms of reference for a 1C specialist !!, and ignoramuses pay me) We do the filling out of the site ourselves - but agreed on what they would do. Yes, keep in mind that they record all conversations with them (without warning !!) and like to pull out phrases that suit them from the context of negotiations. Conclusions - do not mess! You will regret!
