The customer service was amazing. Not only was it fast but it was detailed and helped solve my issue in the end. They were personable and thoughtful in how they phrased things and again very detailed in their solution.
Would not recommend. After downloading there theme, I ran into multiple issues and the template was not user friendly. Between their own block software and elementor, it was complicated and hard to use, resulting in many elements not updating properly. Their support took hours half a day to respond, the next day did not respond again until the next night. After 2 days of getting nowhere and realizing this would be a long process, I went with a different theme. With the new theme (Creativeo by Rocky) I was able to finish an entire home page in just a couple hours.
I had then requested a refund through SKT as it had only been 2 days and had not been used, however, SKT themes does not offer refunds, so be aware!
If you order from this company, you need to read the fine print. Some of their themes do not work. They are scam artists making money by creating low budget themes without offering refunds. They are not even based in the United States need I say more.
NO INTEGRITY NO INTEGRITY. An update was available for our pro them, Business Consultant, during our paid year of support. The update was not pushed out to Wordpress, and we did not know about it until after our year expired. We are having problems with the theme and decided to make sure we had the latest update. When we realized an update was released a month before our subscription expired, we asked multiple times to receive the update. They will only do so if we resubscribe for another year. Why would we do that if we didn't get what we paid for the first time? UNFAIR. NO INTEGRITY. WISH SKT THE WORST.
I recently purchased SKT Perfect theme from SKT Themes and found it best as it is working properly on every device and browsers. Even i was looking for some advance functionality and found that all features are compatible with this template. I recommend you all to choose SKT Perfect if you are creating a website for a your clients.
