
Сайты часто лежали - раза 3 писал в ТП! Из-за последней миграции со стороны провайдера - простой был больше 12 часов умолял вернуть как было - вернули, просили опять указать время для миграции я понял что это бесполезно и начал пе...Читать дальшеренос. Просто не оставили вариантов! Качество услуг испортилось, откуда я мог знать что такое случится!
Нашел и переехал на другой хостинг - в разы дешевле и гибче.
Поддержка отвечала раз в сутки! - очень долгая!
Rootwelt не хочет возвращать деньги за не оказанные услуги! Это конечно беспредел!

As per our Terms Of Service all payments made are non-refundable:
"7.6 All payments made to the Company by You or on Your behalf are nonrefundable – including the one-time set-up fee, if any, as well as any/all subsequent monthly charges (regardless of usage). Overcharges or billing disputes must be reported to the Company within thirty (30) days of occurrence, otherwise You shall waive all claims related thereto. If You dispute a charge to Your credit card issuer, which charge the Company deems, in its sole discretion, to be valid under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You shall pay the Company, in addition to the said disputed charge, an Administrative Fee of not less than EUR 50.00 and not more than EUR 150.00."

3) Your support team work very slowly
4) I found cheaper and more scalable solution

Нашел и переехал на другой хостинг - в разы дешевле и гибче.
