They accept custom service which is good and reliable! Their support ticket reply so fast in solving the problem. Anyway, they're open for negotiation regarding the custom server and is friendly

I contacted OneHost Cloud and told them my situation and they re-enabled the site. GREAT Support and really positive attitude. Approach them with respect and courtesy - it's the least they deserve. This is a personal thank you to Paul who went above and beyond to migrate our wordpress site. He was patient and nothing was too much trouble. He had everything moved in 40 mins which was great.

I just responded to a review but now want my own.
The guys are great. Paul is the guy to deal with....very smart and helpful.....Helped me at 11pm and I could hear his kids in the background but he stayed on the phone and remote fixing my dns issue.

I registered a domain (scomm.cc) on 12/6/2021 and bought a years worth of hosting. I am a programmer and hosted my dashboard on the servers off these thieves.

I told them they could inspect the code of my dashboard but they rather steel my money under false pretenses then get too the truth.
I like to warn new customers to be very careful paying to much money in one go to these charlatans , better pay for one month first to make sure they do not come with false accusations and steal a bigger amount than only a months worth

I have been with one host for 4 years and to see such review is not great. I can say that ive never had any issues but again I dont swear in tickets when asking for help so I guess thats the difference.

Very happy with their recent upgrade. The platform is fast and the performance of our new kali linuxvps is just awesome.
