NetVirtue is amazing, I've never seen such fast, helpful support from any other hosting company! Adrian and Chris deserve all the praise for their incredible support. Plus, out of my top 3 hosting companies I like to use for clients, NetVirtue is the only one that has kept the backup system in the cPanel. All the others you now have to pay THEM to rollback your site.

We have web and email hosting services with Net Virtue. Their support is excellent, and are always responsive. Their email servers seem to have a lot of reliability issues since their upgrade/migration to new ones 2 years ago. The migration itself, resulted in a lot of missing and duplicate emails, and these days, I seem to be contacting support quite often regarding emails that can't be sent to us because of disk allocation or our mailboxes being "full". In short, they are okay, but definitely look elsewhere for better reliability.

I can't recommend NV enough. Even on a cheap account I get Aussie support within minutes at any time of day.
The servers are fast and perform as expected.

I saw an ad for Net Virtue on facebook and decided to take them up on their free trial of the nvX hosting. Sign up process was easy and migrated my site over from VentraIP.

I noticed a huge drop in TTFB and significant performance difference on my wordpress site. The nvX plans are more expensive but the high SLA and hourly backups make it worth it for my business.

Worth a look at

Net Virtue has been nothing but awesome in the last 6 years I have used them. With 3 websites and about 3 times as many products (ranging from SSLs to email hosting and more).
Why?
I'll give you ten reasons why they are awesome.
1. They always reply to general questions, even if you're not a customer.
I honestly don't know how they manage this. Their outlay must be huge and for very little financial payoff. They often answer you straight away when you land on their website, and they are very clear and direct when asking specific questions. You get help when and where you need it. Straight away.
2. There high quality of service continues through to when you are using their paid products.
Not only do their products just 'work' (very minimal downtime, when I have had issues that arose, Net Virtue would reply very promptly (within a few hours) and when they do reply the are, as always, very helpful. Their technicians are all native English and they know their stuff so sh*^ gets done.
3. If the problem isn't resolved, they babysit you
I have had instances where stuff was broken on my end, and they continued to help. That is UNHEARD of in any company in any industry. Most ppl would have long gone by now.
4. All their services are well priced, even being cheaper than some of their competitors, by enough margin that it is a no brainer. Clearly Net Virtue are top 3 hosting providers in Australia, and they should have a reputation that matches. People complaining about reseller hosting and other low star reviews sound like they aren't giving this provider a fair go. I say take your problems elsewhere if you don't want a great relationship with a company that helps you beyond your tiny imagination.

Business plans - average speeds

I have been with Netvirtue for over 6 years now on their Shared Hosting Economy Package. I'm running a small web development business and run WordPress as my Portfolio website. Over the past 12 months I have been having a lot of issues with Netvirtue. From my website not staying online to extremely slow page loads. It has gotten to the point where I can't even update a page on my site without waiting 5-7 seconds for it to update. As a comparison an economy plan with NetOrigin running WordPress is 10x quicker than what NetVirtue offer. Do yourself a favour and either spend more money or go elsewhere. Support is good with NetVirtue but the performance of their servers has gone downhill. Reliability is a massive issue. Wouldn't recommend.

I've found the support team at NetVirtue super helpful. They're located on-shore in Australia, generally get back to me within 10 minutes (yes, 10 minutes!) and have always been happy to help me with whatever questions I have (and there's a lot - I'm a non-techie).
