Have used them for about 2 years and now in the process of changing to another host. The straw that broke the camels back. Customer support is in India and is NOT 24/7. No service in US daytime hours and NO WEEKEND service at all. Sometimes they respond in the same 24 hour cycle. Sometimes it's 4 days. Sometimes they fix it 1st shot, sometimes not. Email server down a lot.
M6 is the worst hosting service. They charge randomly. They make mistakes on the amounts they charge. Changed my plan without notice. Just stay away! Lots of down time as-well. If I was able to give "0" stars I would. Honestly I would not even think they cared about a bad review. Plus you can only contact them via email.
