You see the error code because your other account contains one or more domains that were cancelled by an external anti-abuse partner for phishing activities. That is against the terms and conditions and the new registration restrictions apply to all accounts that are connected.
J'ai utilisé mon domaine pendant 3 mois et d'un jour à l'autre sans avertissement ou quoi que ce soit d'autre ils ont suspendu mon domaine (pas même un email, LOL !) Et pourquoi ? Parce que mon site était protégé par un mot de passe ! (la blague!)
J'ai contacté le support et une réponse définitive seulement après +7 jours et encore, ils ont fermé mon ticket à deux reprises sans même prendre la peine de répondre, j'ai dû le relancer !
You call a password protection site a joke... I don't. First of all, we clearly state in our terms and conditions that you should have resolving page that our spider can see to check the content. You did not have that.
When you use our freedomain services, you are a user and we are the registrant on file and thus responsible for the content. So if the domain contains violating content, lawbreaking things, copyrighted stuff... who is responsible? We... this is why we require you to show a working homepage. And that's not too hard, isn't it?
Well I do kind of understand your point (just a little) but closing down my domain without even warning me in any way, taking 2 weeks to resolve the problem after several tickets opened, now that doesn't sound normal.
Also there are a lot of password protected websites and I do not see anyone complaining about legal issues ; I am not sure why you would want to access it anyway, if I had anything to hide, I could simply upload it in non-referenced paths so this whole "content policy" just does not seem to work. Also you could have eventually asked to get a look at what's going on behind or simply asked me to disable that password protection or at the very least sent me an email to let me know you closed my access to the domain.
Now I do understand you guys are providing a free service but then what's the point of providing a free service if it's that unreliable ?
We have this automated, we don't want to have access to password protected areas, we just want to see that the domain is being used AND how it's being used. If not, we cancel it, exactly how it's stated in the terms and conditions.
j'ai reservé plusieurs domaines dans l'espoir de les achéter en cours d'année, j'ai même achété un que j'avais urgemment besoin, content au début j'ai décidé d'etre revendeur chez eux, mais lorsque je suis rentré dans mon compte surprise, ils ont bloqué tous mes free domaines, j'ouvre un tiket on me que mes domaines ne repondent pas aux critères (blablablabla) j'ai simplement redirigé tous mes domanes vers un seul site ce qui est tout à fait autorisé selon leur condition de reservation. ils me disent qu'ils ne peuvent pas les débloqué, je leur que j'ai urgemment besoin de deux domaines, ils me repondent de leur communiqué ses deux domaines qu'ils vont le débloquer. ON THIS SITE 2/10 = 0/10 you are scammers you let people choose the domain that suits them then blocking you and forces them to pay
Sorry to hear this. You know that freedomains come with the Freedom terms & conditions. Domains that do not comply are being cancelled.. simple as that. The fact that you may want to purchase them later does not have anything to do with the fact that we require our users to actively use the Freedomains.

Mon nom de domaine à été supprimer d'un coup, du jours au lendemain sans prévention, pourtant je l'utilisait beaucoup pour le blog de mon lycée, et un site personnelle, c'est n'importe quoi...

J'ai un petit perso avec de vieux jeux vidéo de l'époque du DOS. Voila 6 mois que j'avais Freenom et voila que ce matin ils me ferme mon nom de domaine sous prétexte que mon site ne fonctionne pas ou qu'il ne respecte pas la charte du site. -> Mon site fonctionne -> Les vieux jeux sont des "abandonware" dont le copyright n'appartient plus a personne (les boites ont fermés depuis bien longtemps) Alors , attendre 6 mois que j'essaye de faire connaitre mon site pour venir le fermer sans raison valable je trouve ça dégueulasse. Quelque soit le site que vous proposerez , si vous optez pour une offre gratuite vous vous verrez fermé rapidement j'en suis sure. Perso , je déconseille.

However, if you read the terms and conditions correctly, you will see that your use of the freedomain was not in line with the terms you accepted when registering the domain. With so many domains out there, we cannot look at each one individual and have to set specific boundaries.
