Have been hosting mostly private email with them, now working on Python/Django web sites. They added support for this framework and you have to weed out tones of providers to get it. Don't see myself to work with "big data providers" due to their nasty privacy practice and knew I will stick with smaller provider. What Eurovps stands out of the crowd is absolutely knowledgeable and competent customer support. Communication is done via tickets portal and its done in a super professional manner in very short time. Switched from well known U.S. based provider, cannot recommend Eurovps highly enough for all U.S. based customer as I am, especially if you're looking for specific features. Being with them for a few years, they do not increase prices for regular customers as previous provider did. Awesome company and pleasure to work with very professional team. Thank you so much!
I really cannot understand the bad reviews about eurovps, especially those about uptime etc. I am using eurovps (and ecovps) for more thatn 3 years, both for me and for many of my client's sites. Support is really fast and their knowledge about any issue is unique. Usually, I am getting a response in less than an hour. Never had downtime issues or backup issues. Really fair prices for their services and products. Keep up the good work!
We had a VPS with these guys around a year ago, we had nothing but trouble from the outset. They randomly blocked ports, causing our systems to go down, we encountered downtime far beyond their SLA and their support is a nightmare! On one support ticket we had over 10 reps respond, each with no knowledge into the history of the issue. In our two years of working with these clowns we had over TWENTY support tickets from downtime due to pure negligence. The final straw was when our server went down for a day and restored to the previous weeks backup, all data transactions from our websites were lost, our customers were in disarray and EuroVPS simply had no solution. Quite possibly the worst VPS provider out there! I actually have a 51 page word document of all support tickets raised with these rogues.
Slow dedicated server. Customer for 5 years 3k Euros bandwidth overuse fee. Reduced to 300 Euros when questioned. 3ķ Euros! No mechanism to protect against outgoing ddos attacks. Been shouted at by support staff. Forced to upgrade our vps to dedicated server ad we had 'outgrown' our vps. Moved to Inmotion to a shared reseller account and all our sites just fly. Something fundamentally wrong with the dedicated server we had. Feel very let down by them. All sites were low traffic Worpress with one Magento and one Drupal install. It only became clear how poor the performance was when we moved hosting.
I purchased from them a shared hosting but after 1 month, one of my site was hacked 3 thimes in a week and because of that my account was suspended and they asked me to pay 89 euros as a fee. Then the lowered the fee but I had to move to another company. Just be aware, that it something happens you will have to pay a fee.
