I contact support before buy, they answered quickly, but when i paid for service they didn't answer at all, the service is working but they dont have a control panel you cant see anything, just the restart and power on off that's ...Читать дальшеall they have. and the ip range is not the range they give you for test in the looking glass section of their site, the ip they sell you have worst ping of that country they offer, this action is named stealing.Свернуть

They stole the money!

Yesterday I bought 15 servers from this company.
After 3 hours, I receive a notification in the mail that my money has been returned. The question is where are they returned? And returned to your account. The account was blocked....Читать дальше I am writing to technical support, to which they answer me "Our compliance department has reviewed and declined your order.
We cannot accept you as our customer. ". Well, why there is no return. I don't understand. They stole money and are silent! I highly do not recommend this company.Свернуть

Hello! we refunded the payment to the originating BTC address the same days your orders were rejected. The payment process was handled through Coinbase.
Maybe it just took longer for the funds to be confirmed by the network.

Размещался у Edis с 2013 года. Последний VPS работал 5 лет. В целом сервер худо-бедно работал, цены не высокие.
На этом преимущества заканчиваются и начинаются недостатки.

1. В один прекрасный момент (дело было в новый год, 1-...Читать дальше10 января) письма со счетами стали поступать в спам и спустя 10 дней неоплаты мой VPS с клиентскими сайтами удалили. Безвозвратно, Карл!
1.1 По словам техподдержки никаких бэкапов не осталось, хотя я предложил заплатить за восстановление. Не слишком ли сурово для постоянного клиента? Понимаю, сам косячнул и было достаточно заблокировать для начала, но не удалять же. Ранее часто платил на 3 месяца вперёд.
2. Панели управления интерфейсами из прошлого века и не информативные, всё криво и косо. На биллинг одна админка (manage.edis.at), на тикеты другая (support.edis.at), на перезагрузку сервера третья (solus.edis.at:5353). Каждая админка со своим отдельным доступом. Причем, зарегистрироваться в тикет-сервис надо ещё очень постараться.
3. Изменить конфигурацию существующего сервера невозможно, только заказывать новый и мигрировать.
4. И вишенка на торте - была утечка персональных данных всех клиентов, благо им хватило чести это признать, разослав соответствующие письма.

В общем, непрофессионализм полный. Крайне не рекомендую размещаться в Edis. Есть крупные современные облачные сервисы, которые лишены всех перечисленных недостатков.Свернуть

No Privacy Protection

Some Costumer from EDIS have publish my personal Data at his Website without my allowance. I contract the EDIS Support many times that he should please remove my Data there. It's like when I am renting a Car. The Owner is responsible. You are the Owner from this Server that have published illegal my Personal Data. If your Customer dont follow to remove this Data then you are responsible.
