I have been with Doteasy for 12 years now and I have 6 domains with them. I currently have 5 websites, one with ultra hosting and 4 with basic. I am about to build the website for the sixth domain. I cannot fault them, the speed at which they respond when I have a minor problem is quite unusual these days. The problems are always sorted out quickly and efficiently. The Doteasy staff are a credit to the company and I have told them so, Bernhard in particular. If you are looking for hosting, then you really can't go wrong and all my referees would agree.

Doteasy have always been reliable, and very responsive on the rare occasions when problems have arisen. Last year an issue arose with FPSE due to server migration. I reported it, and they corrected it within a few hours.

I just hang my page there, and they stop the virii and give me tools to delete junk mail (the last tool could be a bit simpler, like Postini's and the one of my provider: coastside.net), which are my main bothers.

We've been with DotEasy for about 10 years. Almost no downtime, ever. Very helpful customer support; they go over and above to keep you online and working; they respect that you are running a business and need to get things working quickly. Speed was excellent, but only once did we try to switch, thinking a big American server company would be faster, more reliable etc, but we ended up back with DotEasy within a month. This Burnaby BC company outclasses the big American competitors anyday.
